LDS/GEDA at the SAIE 2007: outside area 49, stand A48!

On 2 August 2007 the first cut of the spade was made for the expansion of GEDA's subsidiary in Gera, Thuringia. The Managing Director, Johann Sailer, was pleased to welcome numerous representatives from politics and society. GEDA invests 3.5 million EUR for a new production plant (2,400 m²) and new machines. The subsidiary Gera focuses on planning, design, production and delivery of building maintenance units. Moreover service and maintenance work is done by the GEDA Gera team.

For the first time a completely new modular system will be introduced by company GEDA at this year’s BAUMA. To cope with national and international regulations, GEDA extended its well-known Z/ZP transport platform range. This new hoist range leaves nothing to be desired. Named as GEDA Multilift Standard and GEDA Multilift Comfort model line the new dimension of hoists for persons and material gets started.

The most modern building complex in the Ukrainian capital Kiev up to now has been successfully completed. Several Ukrainian private investors have organised the construction of the 126m high office building complex with shopping mall. Time was limited and the budget was not to be exceeded. Time is money and so the decision was made to invest in the reliable height access technology of German manufacturer GEDA.
