The Munich Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche) has been hidden behind scaffolding for ages. The reason for this is the long-planned renovation of the façade, which has been badly damaged due to encroaching damp, particularly on the windward side. The renovation was originally planned for 2007, but was delayed due to the city's 850-year anniversary celebrations. According to data from the building authority, the renovation is costing around 500,000 euros a year. In the future we would like to continuously monitor the building within the scope of a building maintenance program, in order to be able to repair any damage more quickly or even prevent it in the first place. |

Goal achieved – generosity was high The Christmas fund raising campaign „Kabul Kids Box“ in 2007, which was created by several employees of company GEDA, has already been a big success and a donation of 357,-- EURO war collected from the GEDA staff and were given to the Georg Dechentreiter Welfare Society. |
