GEDA Service-Center extended

In 2006 a new Service-Center was built on the existing GEDA premises in Asbach-Bäumenheim. It took over tasks which had already been part of the work process in the main company. During that planning phase the possibility of an extension of the building had already been included as an increase in demand for technical assistance was expected in future. Just some weeks ago the additional offices were ready to move in. Moreover a new, larger training classroom is now available and the staff facilities have been extended.

The Service-Center functions as a central service place. Customers can have their devices repaired and also selling and repairing of used devices is being processed. Moreover the processing of the service and maintenance contracts for the Permanent Installations is dealt with as well as the maintenance of the customers` rental fleets. Distributors and customers can get assistance by assembly and dismantling at the building site. In addition individual technical trainings for the assembly personnel are offered in different languages in Germany as well as abroad – at GEDA or at customers’ company.
