Special accessories turn the construction hoist into a roofer lift

Working with a GEDA roofer lift saves both time and money. However, not to be underestimated is the safety aspect inherent to the inclined hoist.
GEDA has incorporated into its range specially designed load carrying devices for the roofing trade along with practical accessories. Tiles are held securely in place by a protective grating on an in-house developed tile holder and are then transported upwards with the roofer lift. Once it has reached the roof the grating can easily be folded up and the tiles can be removed and distributed.
And this is where the accessories developed specifically for the roofer lift come into play. The practical roof tile trolley helps to distribute the tiles across several areas of the roof surface. So that the area under the ladder track of the roofer lift can also be roofed, the seamlessly height-adjustable roof support from 37 to 60 cm complements the accessory range.
The delivery scope of the tile holder also includes a tile truck and two compact pallets which are simply suspended in the tile holder.
In addition to its weather-protection function, the roof should also contribute to energy savings. Savings in heating costs through appropriate insulation designs are becoming an increasing priority and now form part of a roofer's daily life. It is practical, therefore, that the roofer lift can also be used to transport insulation materials. A simple exchange of the platform is all that is required since here once again GEDA can offer the appropriate load carrying device for the lift, namely the GEDA universal platform which is perfectly suited, for example, for transporting bulky rolls of insulation foil or insulation wool.
Nor is the transportation of skylights a problem for the inclined hoist, as the universal platform is also used here and for larger windows the sheet carrier is used.

Individually adaptable roofer lifts for every construction site situation

When selecting the base unit roofers have the choice between the two one-level variants of the GEDA Lift 200 Standard and GEDA Lift 250 Comfort and the two-level GEDA Fixlift 250. The inclined hoists differ from each other by their load capacity and hoisting speed. The load capacity of the lift depends on the design of the aluminium ladder sections used. For the GEDA roofer lift, ladder sections with a rated load of 150/200 kg and reinforced ladder sections with a load capacity of 200/250 kg can be selected. Depending on the design, the inclined hoist is available with a hoisting speed of up to 38 m/min.

The different base units and various load carrying devices mean that the GEDA roofer lift can be customised to any specific building site conditions. Roofers do not have to concern themselves with materials transportation but can fully and completely concentrate on their own specific tasks, whilst also saving time and costs.
