GEDA lift solutions for onshore oil and gas

Whether in oil refineries, natural gas processing plants, LNG storage tanks or petrochemical plants, GEDA lifts have proven to be reliable and safe height access solutions in all sectors of the onshore industry.
However, to ensure smooth and efficient work processes, service works are essential. Without lifts the service and maintenance staff often have to undergo arduous and time-consuming climbs up staircases or even ladders to transport tools and generally also heavy spare parts to their use location. Valuable time – and therefore also money – fall by the wayside in the truest sense of the word. Use of a lift is also worthwhile for low installation heights.
The proven and robust rack and pinion system of the GEDA industrial elevators ensures the reliable transportation of people and materials. GEDA lift solutions for onshore oil and gas sector do not require a shaft and impress from the very start of the assembly with their ease and uncomplicated use. GEDA industrial elevators defy even the toughest environmental conditions such as high levels of dust accumulation, heat, moisture or extreme minus temperatures thanks to the technology adapted to use in the onshore sector and the robust design.
Customers have the choice of between a wide range of standard devices with load capacities of 300 kg to 7.5 t and of customised lifts manufactured to specific requirements. As with all GEDA industrial elevators, the devices for the oil & gas onshore sector are developed and manufactured entirely in Germany using state-of-the-art engineering.
Explosion-protected lifts are often required in the onshore oil and gas sector. Therefore GEDA uses the highest-quality EX components from leading manufacturers and has for many years been a preferred supplier to the oil and gas industry. GEDA not only meets the requirements of global EPCs, it even exceeds them.
